How to Use This Calculator

- Specify the unit stake, that is, the amount committed to each individual bet
- Build your selection list (anywhere from 3 to 8 picks), entering the odds for each
- Designate the outcome of every selection as Won, Lost, or Void
- Define the smallest and largest parlay sizes you wish to cover (for instance, 2-way through 3-way)
- Review the resulting total return, the profit figure, and the full breakdown organised by bet type
Formula
Round robin bets are calculated by generating all possible combinations of your selections at each fold size.
Number of combinations = C(n, k) where n = number of selections, k = fold size
For example, 4 selections with 2-way and 3-way parlays:
- C(4,2) = 6 doubles
- C(4,3) = 4 trebles
- Total: 10 bets
Frequently Asked Questions
How would you define a round robin wager?
A round robin generates every possible parlay combination that can be drawn from your selections at the fold sizes you nominate. To illustrate, a set of 4 picks yields all 6 of the possible 2-way parlays together with all 4 of the possible 3-way parlays.
In what way does a round robin depart from an ordinary parlay?
A conventional parlay is a single ticket that ties all of your selections together. A round robin instead distributes those selections across several smaller parlays, which means a portion of them can still come in even when others fall short.
Which fold sizes are worth selecting?
Two-way parlays deliver the greatest frequency of winners but the most modest payouts. Three-way parlays strike a middle ground. Opting for larger fold sizes produces fewer, more hazardous bets carrying considerably greater payout potential.
